Dairy Maintenance of Barrel:

    1、Do not start the machine when the screw barrel does not reach the preset temperature.

    2、Prevent metal debris and debris from falling into the hopper. If the material is processed, the magnetic hopper should be added to prevent iron debris from entering the container.

    3、Ensure that the plastic inside of the cylinder is completely melted in order to avoid damaging the parts of the transmission system when the screw is back.

    4、Clean the barrel residue material before using new plastic.

    5、When the molten plastic temperature is normal but constantly find that the injection molding products appear black or discolored, check the screw lead, the rubber ring and the adhesive whether there is wear or tear.

    6、When the product injection molding, try to make the material plasticize even, so as to reduce the drive torque of the screw and improve its service life.
