Raw Material of Injection Machine Barrel

For the Barrel, in domestic market common used materials are: 45, 40 and 38CrMoAlA.  Raw materials for the imported Injection barrel, always use alloy steel 34CrAINi and CrMoV9. The yield strength of this material is about 900MPa. After nitrided treatment, the hardness reached above 1000HV,  it is not only wear-resistant but also well corrosion resistance. Carbon tungsten alloy barrel,  Carbon tungsten alloy+Chrome alloy barrel, Carbon tungsten alloy+Chrome alloy+Nickel alloy barrel,  select quality alloy as basic material, casting the above alloy on the inner hole, to improve wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance of the barrel.
